trust? well stefan hired snk and snk hired all these PRA/Pr/GFX/Dev n etc... their not close friend of snk i presume they ware taken from an application so where was the so called "Trust" there? obviously they ware good at it that why they ware chosen... plus most of admins live all around the world so trust is nothing to do with it... it could be more like self interest for them.. coz hiring a close friend/sibling is really not professional, it's firstly unfair to all players in era who stands a chance to be one of the PR.

i think all players should have the right to challenge this because if all PRA started doing this their wont be room for any new comers who played this game for years.. it will be just a big family game where all admins are related one way or another.. which is really unprofessional...



no im not new to graal all i think everyone should stand a chance to atleast apply, at least there is a process not just anyone recruiting there own close friends/family..

Trust me all the recently hired staff aren't staff because they are friends of adminastrators. They are all experience Pc players. Snk want to steer away from the application style hirings due to the majority of the last batch getting fired rather quickly. Most of the new staff will be hired because they haven been noticed by an Adminastrator for helpinG other players or displaying a high level in what they do.

Because we don't want people from pc having so little knowledge on iera be hired. There's plenty of iera people who are mature and willing to be a staff.
