I agree with people saying the current system for auctioning hats is pretty bad and/or unfair. I've tried selling something in every auction so far and I manage to click through every dialogue box as quickly as possible yet 9 other people manage to make it in after I've already hit the last confirmation.

I think a queue system would work much better. One hat per player. Unique hats only, so if one person adds a black halloween hood to the queue no one else can add the same hood until it has sold and left the queue. Last but not least I think that some of the more common hats should be blacklisted. Examples are hats currently being sold, hats obtained from recent events/holidays such as easter/halloween and then hats which almost every player has like that one 50 gralat hat from swamp town which somehow got auctioned and sold for over 10,000.

it's literally impossible to auction off a hat, I tried doing it as soon as he said sold and people still are faster.

i’m having the same issue, i’ve tried it three times now and everyone else is always faster despite me waiting in the room for the duration of the auction. and somebody earlier had three hats in the auction at once .. how ??

I do believe more than 10 hats should be allowed to be acitoned at once rather than making it happen mroe frequently. Add another room maybe

yeah maybe more slots, I was thinking that a cool-down should be added when you have already sold a hat for auction, maybe "you have already sold something, wait 24 hours before auctioning again" because I see the same people waiting at the NPC and always getting their hats in

They should just make it queue. Maybe put a 30 sec duration to place a hat in, then hats will be randomly selected once the duration is done like the ones in event. I also think maybe add more hat slots like Saeed stated. it’s just unfair how people with faster wifi always get the spot. I always came close but it always delays when I’m about to click the buttons.

Really I just wished that they would have added all this new stuff when it was ready. That would have taken away from the fact that the auction house still needs fixing, and if they would have pushed the opening back gave them time to open nexus earlier. Swamp tower and everything that's over there is just a taunt now.

It needs a que system at the minimum to at least be fair to players with subpar connections...that being said the swamptown changes in general look lovely

You're going to have 1k ppl in the queue, no thanks.

I doubt it would be 1k que, but even if it's large it's better than praying you don't lag or are a second too late of hitting the button, I'd much rather rng take the wheels of what gets auctioned.
