i have less than 1,000 spars of experience in 2017 but from all my spars in that time span i can confidently say that mikva, kicko, and shiden are in the top 10 somewhere. can't think of anyone else who i haven't gone at least 2-1 against.

We are talking about players who are sparring actively in the past 1-2 years.

All of them have sparred in 2017
If you're talking about activity, then might as well copy paste the current seasonal leaderboards...

We're not talking about who gains the most points, for example Kaios is number 1 in this season but probably number 100 if you want to rate his skills.
we're talking about good players who spars at least 30 times every week.

In the end everyone's list will be biased (including my own), some people have an easier time against someone than others and vice versa, since location is also a factor

I get it's an opinion and all, but that guy isn't a top 20 active idevice lol. For a comparison, his best GST finals was last season (he went 1 hit negative.) It was also my worst finals (1 hit negative.) If someones best performance ever is failing to break even (go 1:1) they aren't good
