Learn self discipline. Don't buy any junk food in the first place, if you are constantly looking for snacks that means your main meals aren't substantial enough. Eat complex carbs over simple carbs and they'll give more sustained energy to you, preventing you from unnecessarily eating tons of other junk as well. Cut down on excessive fat, carbs, sugar, oil, and salt. Try eating lots of celery too, apparently it burns carbs (not sure if true or not), but stuff with a lot of fibre would be good for you too :) I think a healthy diet is #1 so hopefully this will help.

Hi I'm posting progress rn on how I do my workout routine and how I feel.
1st day; Felt really tired of doing 20 squats, 20 hip thrusts, 20 push ups, 20 incline push ups. 2nd day; Still doing the same excercise, I drank mostly water and little of fatty foods, I only ate 2x rice and chicken (Lunch and Dinner.) also my my hands feel lighter since I was using an 10kg barbel every time I watch YouTube which is a lot. 3rd day; Had lasagna and just finished doing 40 squats, 40 hip thrusts, 40 incline push ups, 20 push ups, I lost my barbel I can't find it anywhere. Edit: forgot to note I was using my school bag as a barbel since it's 9kg. I don't know what's a good excercise for chests. Also forgot to mention I did an excercise routine on the 25th when I posted this. Excercise routine is still the same. |
Don't eat rice.. it's bad well not super bad but still
you should only eat one cup (if you're really hungry) if you want to be healthy then eat brown rice but just because it is brown rice doesn't mean you may eat a lot only one cup bread is also bad and pasta |

Go on a cleanse. I lost 9-10lbs with a cleanse reset my boss provided for me. I also excercised 3-4 times per week. If you'd like, I can send you the PDF version and give it a try.

Counting calories isn't an effective way imo. Theoretically, you could eat hamburgers only and still lose weight if you count correctly. It doesn't have to be healthy. I mean, of course, you need to burn more calories than you take in order to lose weight. Going on a hard diet wont help either as your body will believe that you're starving and is automatically going to store fat to survive. It'll burn muscle instead and you probably don't want that. You should focus on eatling healthy - eat lots of vegetables, long-chained carbs and low fat meat such as chicken. Lamb is a good option aswell as it has carnitine which helps burning fat, too. Fruits are okayish but don't eat too many of them since they have sugar. Besides water you should drink tea only (if you miss soft drinks too much you can drink cola light, though it'll make you hungry due to the used aspartam). Green tea supports your metabolism. As already mentioned, cold water is helping you as your body will burn energy in order to keep the body-temperature constant. You should drink a glass of water before and after every meal to fill your stomach. Throughout the day, 2-3 liters of water are perfect. It also "cleans" your body. And don't eat too fast, your body takes about 20 minutes to reliaze whether your hunger has been stilled or not. Eating fast food every now and then is okay as long as you don't overdo it. Adding flavorings like cinnamon or chilli helps you burn fat, you should take those instead of dressings/sauces if possible. Just be careful with salt, it drains your body.
Eating the right things do about 70%, you should focus on it instead of doing sports. Your first step after correcting your eating behaviour should be to build some mucles as they require energy to be maintained. Lifting weights should do good (around 2-3 times a week splitting your exercises). Keep an eye on the right performance, it's not important how much you lift. Additionally, you should run/jog. SInce you said you don't have that much stamina, you should start with an aerobic way. Meaning, run at a given pace that doesn't give you the feeling of being exhausted. Once you feel like you're having a good fitness condition you can do a HIIT method (googling it should give you good explanation). Buying additional weights helps aswell and they're not expensive at all (paid 10 bucks for mine). Another important thing is to keep yourself motiviated. I usually hit the gym with a friend, it doesn't matter who just a person which keeps you going. You can also reward yourself with sweets or any goods if you reach a milestone (just don't overdo it if you choose to reward yourself with candies). Whenever you feel hungry you can eat as much salad as you want. but the only thing you should add to it is vinegar. Low fat curd cheese is another great option aswell - it has a lot of proteins and a low amount of carbs. It also contains casein which'll benefit you a lot. A spoon cinnamon also helps you whenever you crave for sugar. |
