I've heard things from people that management is a mess. Not even sure if Chelt's the manager or if Blackfires (along with Carlito possibly) is - even though Chelt has the manager tag and Carlito has had no direct involvement in possibly months. Poor staff management, temper tantrums from people in management positions and more issues. I wasn't going to mention all these things I've heard from people involved but there hasn't been a single thing publicly released to justify that this current management in its entirety is working. I've grown tired of being optimistic for the new administration when nothing we currently have has been fixed, or attempted to be fixed. Aside from the tileset and major updates that take scripting (which I believe I was told that the new administration didn't have for some time), there hasn't been any attempts at fixing the economy, jobs, trading, showdown, events, etc. The simplest of all things - fixing the prize for events - still hasn't even been touched. I feel like Carlito either stepped himself in or was assigned to Zone, and when it came time to take over, he realized he didn't want to so he just delegated the responsibility to people who don't have the managerial skills (both for staff and for game decisions) or Zone knowledge and experience to make game-altering decisions. I'm pretty disappointed.

In case anyone working for Zone right now tries to attack/criticize me or my comments: prove me wrong. Prove me wrong through actions, not the normal bull**** sentences that every staff member is supposed to give in order to keep optimism alive.

From what Xer told me, he was fired for having been suspected of working on avalonia. I guess the staff team never actually looked into it to see if he was or not. Pretty sure he wasn't tho. Btw @Xer hmu on discord, I got a channel for you to hop in

FYI I did say I was going to quit graal, but much like a lot of people here it usually has a way of calling us back. Plus I said zone to be fair. Gotta push out those 3k more kills for 100k on classic my boy.

You do know that you represent Zone at this moment? and all you can say is "go cry me a river." What the hell is wrong with you? You keep proving time upon time again that you nor Chelt shouldn't even be in the manager equation...you're the head of the scripting team and you don't even know how to bloody script. Everyone on this thread, have realised how incapable you are and instead of trying to defend your actions like a 'big boy' you say "go cry me a river."
