They've done it before, at least 3 years ago they used to warp people. I think it's wrong, it's 'boosting'...in a way.

They still warp people when it becomes too large and disrupts gameplay, I don't think they warp people because it's "boosting"

I think it's gone out of hand, honestly. I can't tell you how many days a PK mob has been going on in Swamp. I think this is the 4th day in a row now...24/7...it's kind of ridiculous in my eyes, but oh well. Nothing I can do about it. Hopefully it will be dealt with eventually.

No one would care if it didn't affect leaderboards , they took away the best Pking leaderboard and now tower pkers CANT get top 3 , completely boring skill free leaderboard , there's so many different ideas in this thread about how to fix it but whoever has the authority to change it won't do ****. If you guys competitively pked for years until u were on your way up the top 100 , just for it to change and now you have to boost to be recognized as a pker pretty sure you would be annoyed too. Imagine if a new spar room was added where it's .5 vs .5 spar meaning people could get 100k wins in a couple months, and the spar leaderboard was based on wins not points . Itd be stupid for anyone who enjoys and respects spar as it is , except everyone would love it cuz they can easily get to the top making it hardly anything to do with skill

there getting 1k kills every hour how are people meant to compete with people that just sit all day in 1 location spamming there sword and getting like 5 kills in secs. its destroying the leaderboards more then effecting peoples gameplay.

Yes, but if you care about the leaderboard and getting optimal PKs then why aren't you also doing what they're doing? The only logical reasons I can think of:
  • You think it's boosting, which has never been confirmed by staff so it's basically an opinion or "moral compass" type of an issue
  • You don't enjoy it
I find mob PKing to be pretty boring myself, felt like clawing my eyes out 12 hours into PKing Graal City, but if others want to do it then I feel like it's not my job to tell them they can't

Mob PKing has always been a thing, long before the leaderboards, I'm sure you guys remember EP getting 9.6k or 9.7k daily? That happened at a mob at a tower and it was celebrated, so the sentiment seems to have changed for no apparent reason

Limit the number of pks a player can get in a day. Make pk a daily quest.

I'll post this in the improvements thread, if that makes a difference.

Only suggesting this, if players really do find that the current system is not suitable towards thier needs.

but there wasn't a seasonal reward at the end off it so no1 cared about it then. i don't do it because cheating to get kills isn't really fun its more off a challenge to actually get it a tower instead off standing for a month in the same place spamming ur sword and arrows into a mob and getting 100k without a challenge.

Is the Baddy System broken? I get 1pt every 5 (bandits, Pirates, Lizardon's) killed.

nah they changed it cause people were getting millions off points.

They just divided all the point values by the same number so that they aren't so huge anymore, looked silly with millions of points
If you're getting 1 point per 5 baddies then it's probably temporarily messed up and will be fixed, doesn't seem right

Or maybe still allow players to gain the kills, but changing the system to a point system, so that mob PKing does not give you many points on the leaderboard. Not sure how this could be scripted or implemented, but I guess it could solve all the issues. At least that wouldn't solve the problem of boosting persay, but it would solve the issues of the leaderboard hopefully.
