I believe his personal e-mail used to be [email protected] but I'm not sure if Managers check their personal e-mails now that support.graalonline.com has become pretty much the primary method of ticket based support.

I know that snk doesn't really use his personal Graalonline e-mail to respond to tickets.

I will email to [email protected] and [email protected] to try luck.

Thanks again, Reno.

EDIT: sent e-mail. Hope Xor or another staff member contacts me back.

Tickets shouldn't just be deleted...

A ticketing system was put in place to offer a platform for Toonslab to deliver support to players and to improve the communication between players and Toonslab.

Deleting tickets isn't improving communication. Regardless as to whether or not the ticket is legitimate or is of low priority, a ticket shouldn't be deleted. It's just as quick replying to a ticket than deleting it.

Are admins allowed to have their settings like that?

GPs can set their settings to "friends only" on their player account. Not on their staff account though.

PRs? No, they're not, nor should they block players. Developement staff such as LATs, GATs, etc. are fine as they don't have to bother with talking to players.

Except player account. Then it's fine

Does anybody know who is the actual Graal Police Admin on iClassic, and know anyway to contact him(such as e-mail)?

We never deleted tickets when I was handling the e-mails. We archived everything.

I assume that they archive everything through the support site now.

That's the staff account. I only have staff added on friends list.

Axel74 and Shaydox are the GPAs. I think the only way to contact them out of game is emailing [email protected].

Oh Pharaoh isn't a GPA anymore?

Eroz 02-05-2015 10:29 AM

So Axel74 the one from The Best Frenchies. Hard to believe that on this period this is going on. I remember him as one of the best GPs before this happened haha.
He must be busy or he has not been notified of this case.

Is there a way for a ticket holder to differentiate between their ticket being archived or deleted? Even still, you should at least get a reply to your ticket unless it's spam/irrelevant.

On staff accounts they can't. Meaning they are physically unable to.
