You can always buy Gralat Packs.

I highly doubt they will give away (or use it as event prize) these kind of expensive guns.

No one gives out free things on internet.

when they say any melee or gun I expect any gun or melee allowed to players exsensive or not.

Heh, it may sound a little weird, but it does not covers it, He will need to buy 2 of them, to get BAR you will need 96 bucks.

How would the Staff team know your not going to use it for Graal? Just erase it.

By trusting the players. UDID faker wasnīt made for Graal, it was also made for other apps. I think with Pauliīs app he uses it for you can get free Stuff (maybe from AppStore). When they UDID protected it he can just change it and get more stuff.
