Most people would find it wrong and immoral to "celebrate" those events listed. So why in the Hell would someone "celebrate" 9/11 on Graal and give out hats as if it was a great thing? It's terrible they made a hat shop for it. Bad enough noobs would spam about 9/11 in Graal City regardless of a hat shop but to have one is to add fuel to the fire.
