Well you can still say that human aspects are returning. Its just my opinion though, so its most likely wrong to everyone

I dont think he is turning human again, but u are correct about the fact that he has human left .... i believe thats what the tears were about when he cried, showing everyone he still feels.

I'm caught up with Death Parade. This anime is just amazing in every way. That last episode wasn't as fanservicey as I was expecting though. I'm almost caught up with Durarara x2. Just one episode left.

Shinichi being able to cry again; Ryouko enjoying being able to laugh; Ryouko loving her child, and sacrificing her life for the child when she couldve easily ran away or killed the detectives.

Well, then are you saying he is turning more into a parasyte? Im not trying to twist your words but if Parasytes are evolving to become more like humans would that not mean more changed are going to happen to Shinichi? Such as the the amplification of his strength, hearing, etc?

No, thats not what I said. Yes, Shinichi became more like a parasyte back when Migi implanted his cells into Shinichis heart ~> Shinichis human emotions are dulled. Then Migi and Ryouko begin to learn and understand human emotions ~> Shinichi regains human emotions as well.
