Spite and rash decisions are really messing things up for everyone

I am working with several people who play Zone and other servers, not limiting myself to one opinion. And since the ZPs are most likely the admins with the best player connections on Zone, means that they also get players feedback. We don't need Geno

I doubt the best, Geno had a wid variety of new stuff he probably was gonna release, but now you just seem like u really hate him and want him out of this

He can't release, Manager mostly does.

Hell, I had tons of ideas for iZone, but it doesn't mean I had a bunch of stuff I was going to release. I surely wasn't going to code my idea or develop them in any way most likely.

The highest quality result will only source from an actual weapons admin. Crowd-sourcing is too unreliable - there will be a wide range of opinions with people's bias and preferences skewing the results.

Chelterrar, as a player and customer of GraalOnline Zone for iPhone, I don't appreciate you toying around with Zone simply because you can. Many of us here on the forum have played Zone for 3+ years and are invested in the well being and success of the server; we legitimately want it to prosper because we love it.
I find it hard to believe you care about Zone when you have never played it at all. Why are you the manager?

I have no intention of running your server into the ground or simply toying with it. My main goal currently is to get the staff team organized and things back on track. I made it clear to everybody that I am only going to be here until the server is back on track. Then I'm going back to my home server Delteria. Until that I will do everything it takes to make iZone a better place. I know some of you might think the changes are bad or weird, but I want Zone to be unique. A lot of people still see it as an iEra Rip off and I personally wanna change that.

There are things being worked on that will keep the players entertained permanently, we have a new tileset which is being worked on (there might be a sneak peak in a few weeks) and more projects. A lot of stuff is being done behind the scenes, like overhauling tools and making sure the economy is healthy. Yes weapons are also being worked on, and I totally understand your concern about the server. Yet I won't evade the justice system and hire people who clearly abused a lot. That would seem unfair for everyone who was hurt by his actions and who knows the specifics. I won't share what excactly happened to whom and why, but I have my reasons to keep them away. That doesn't mean that weapons will fail, others need to learn how to work on them too. We can't just rely ourselves on one single person.

And to answer your other question. Why am I Manager? I honestly don't know. Maybe it is because I am a dedicated Developer that still has a lot to learn. Or it is because I have experiencing on uniting teams and leading them. Honestly not a clue. And it doesn't matter. The only thing that does matter is to make iZone a place again, which people can enjoy^^

And I know a lot of you are like "New Management, why isn't anything happening". Changes take time, and especially Quality does. Things are being worked on piece by piece. We have some awesome stuff coming up!

Edit: Didn't see the Nikki Question. Nikki is ZPA, because she has experience in dealing with people and how to train them. In addition she has experiences on how much punishment is fitting, and how much is enough. She is like me a Delterian Staff and will only stay on Zone as long as all of us stay there. Her main goal is to get Gold (who is still ZPA) better at his job. She is helping out with the recruiting and has been working day and night to support the players in their every need. She also has been a big help in answering the support emails for Zone.

^^^ the best thing to do in my opinion is to set the staff team back to were it was originally with all the positions, just get rid of the ones who not doing there job (it's kinda weird to not have a weapon admin since era and west has one and they are specifically doing Somthing to the weapon system Wich normally improves it) (I keep going back to Geno forgive me but when he updated guns and weapons they happen pretty fast) and chelterrar don't get me wrong your a developer and they are important but don't try an change the position of people it's in a way wronge to come out of the blue and get rid of him a player who has been on zone for a very long time just trying to make the server keep going along with new enhancements to weapons and ect, he kept zone pushing when the VIP was just 2 very poorly made hats *just my whole opinion on that sorry if it affends u in any way possible*

You're talking about trying to do whats best for the staff team, but was so quick to jump on board with carlito in removing my position and then again in my firing, both of which happened when i tried to help out you ungrateful dummies. This all happened when a gani member needed work and was arguing with carlito and to help both of them out i told carlito id assign him stuff, then carlitos response was to just remove my position and trying to make some bs excuse about why he did so, and after other staff tried to tell him to not do that because i was needed for that position, you quickly got on rc and just did it, didn't even try to see why it all went down and just went on a power trip with carlito. Then when i got fired for disagreeing with carlito, you did the same exact thing. If you and carlito weren't so bent on showing your power you wouldve taken the time to realize that removing the person who has the most overall general knowledge of zone out of everyone on the server, and had a ton of things ready to be added to zone, probably isnt a good idea, especially when it was done out of spite and done because i tried to do my job, thats all it was, doing my job and doing nothing wrong to anyone. Then yall expected me to do the job as a zp? Yall had to be on a serious power roid rage to think id still do the job after that. I was actually planning to train people on the position after my initial updates we're all done but thats not gonna happen and i still remain the only person with knowledge you or carlto would never figure out on your own. Then youre talking about getting people from other servers to help, how is that going to work if they don't know the game throughout? In regards to anything that had to do with me, your actions have nothing to do with improvment, its been about control the whole time and still is. Then as a manager, you are not qualified in anyway for the job, only reason you got it is because carlito decided to box out all the zonw staff and make delt staff takeover, you were donated the position. You don't know how to script well enough, you don't know the game well enough, and you are so full of crap as a person. You try to act like youre a trustworthy person, but you conatantly talk crap behind others back, you plot against others, you spread rumors like saying i gave guns to my friends, and then try to act like i really did give gun and not hire me back due to that reason because you're on another one of your power trips. Then you get on here and start making all these bs promises yet i know what yall had planned, its been the same stuff yall been working on for months and not released and are falling far behind on, and a lot of it either needed to wait or be scrapped completely due to it being a bad idea. You are so power hungry yet full of crap i honestly don't believe you have any intention of leaving when carlito does, that way you're not in his shadow anymore and won't feel the need to butt kiss him any further. This whole ordeal with you and carlito has been about control, and i do have proof for everything i said above.

And to answer about nikki, same thing, given a postion and powers she didn't deserve at the time, but unlike chelt she actually has been putting them to good use, so credit to her for that.

Okay Geno chill we know you had great things for zone but that idiot fired you. But I have a question did he actually pay you with money to help fix this game or did he pay you with in game incentives that mean nothing in real life. If so now maybe you could get hired for another server that has more potential than zone and you actually get reward and thanked for you efforts. So all I'm saying is that maybe zone isn't the right place for you maybe it's a different game or server were you will be accepted as a developer.

Geno doesn't want to be a developer for the sake of being a developer but for the sake of Zone. i think sorry if im wrong
Just like most of us here.

I don't think Chelterrar is the best manager, but he is the only one we can have right now. When the gmap with the new tileset is done, we get a staff that actually plays Zone as manager and we will be hopefully back in harmony.

The difference between Chelterrar and Carlito is that Chelterrar wants to change Zone into Zlassic or anything else that isn't Zone. Carlito wants to add new content for player interaction and successfully does it. I won't leak it, but Carlito's project is a great thing that everyone should be looking forward to.

Don't get it wrong, I am happy that Chelterrar is our manager. He is doing his best in his own way and I am happy about that :)

Issue with carlitos project tho is that things need to been done way before its release, idk how the thing will be in the end, but it has to be done right and cant be on a bad foundation
