There's been a misplaced NPC that's hanging out on the top exit of the bandit hideout (by the large chest). The way he's positioned he's preventing people from moving after exiting the door. Effectively this prevents people from getting to the chest.

Fixed it, should be fine now. In future, just ask a member of staff in-game to temporarily fix NPC glitches like this, it's quicker than on here. If you are unsure who is online, send feedback. Of course, before doing this you should try re-logging. Sometimes this can also do the trick.

I'm on at odd times lately when most staff won't be around.I feel you on the feedback thing, but there's no response there (almost ever) and it's nice to have acknowledgement that someone has seen or heard what has been mentioned.

GST Butt taunt now showing as pure white (at least for me) no matter what colour is selected for the glove. Others see it as white too, even though my glove colour is different.

Tried relogging, tried refreshing cache, tried loading slots, tried changing the glove to every colour.

Sorry was an issue with an update to it.

There's just 1 slight problem,

Also, on PC when I use the command through chat the white isn't there. But when I press D on my keyboard to use it (or F) it shows white for like a millisecond and then goes to normal color.

Oh, also the shine on the butt has now been removed. Could the shine be brought back?

One last thing: on PC, I can't seem to see the taunt gani no matter how many times I restart or refresh the cache anymore

Uhmmm, Winged Lion has problem with bushes. I feed him till his full and when i go on water w him, hop off, and then on again, it will lose all bushes...

Did you swap mounts between when you were riding the lion?
If you feed one mount bushes, then jump on a different mount, then your bush count goes to zero.

I have been having troubles with loading the game. i have made sure that it's not flash, nor my computer, as other flash games are running fine and dandy.

We have been experiencing an issue where your character goes invisible and you won't be to swing. This happens anywhere in the map. You also won't be able to click any button.
Another issue is people's heads and/or bodies going invisible.

Yeah I've had the same issue. There's various body files that don't line up properly. In short, I think it's the gani - not the bodies.

Edit to what I said: the invisible swords/heads that you see on other players is not just a PC problem

at least your games are loading. I used Facebook Gameroom, Firefox, and chrome to see if graal would load and it doesn't load messages, or my gralats or my profile or like everything but the tiles.

I make youtube videos, and I've had to wait 4 WHOLE DAYS because the game refuses to load. It's ridiculous.

Also, the Child of Hati mount has some stray pixels.

I'm sure everyone can attest to the game running fine until you go into Graal City. There you'll have a 50/50 change of the game freezing up and a 50/50 chance of it recovering from that freeze. If you're lucky you still might have an issue of your player sprite disappearing as well as everyone elses, eventually causing the game to freeze up.

Problems with crashing on flash client. The game randomly crashes every now and then. Can't figure out any specific reason for it.

When I login into grail PC, and click a button such as the guildchat or friend list or whatever. I'm not able to click any other button till I refresh my game. This used to happen always but very rarely, today I had this problem 5 times

Like 80% sure it has to do with the carnival system now. The auto- invite thing is messing up. Or maybe the "kick cuz your ping sucks" is running rampant.

Carnival sumo is very glitchy I’ve been in a few this past week and for some reasons there’s a massive lag spike when entering and people can hit you into the water straight away

I keep on freezing not being able to click anything or move for a good 7 seconds every 10m. Happens to PC only and tried different browsers. How do I fix it?

On iPhone, whenever i try to move / place furniture by means of turning the select tool yellow, the furniture item will magically move itself somewhere far away to the left.

theres this dumb person on my friends list that i dont know, his name is Jarod, and i cant click on his profile from my friends list no matter how hard i try

Odd situation, Every time I click my profile to change my characters looks or anything, It just ends up showing someone elses profile, Can't edit anything, Just not able to get to my characters profile.

I think this is just a player database bug cause I had this happen to me a long time ago where two people just showed up on my friend's list and I couldn't click on them at all.. I just searched them up (by guild or name) and then proceeded to remove them.. hopefully, this helps.

I don't know if this bug has been found by someone else but sometimes I'll find that I can't see certain people's text in public chat. I can see the bubble that shows them typing something but when press enter to show to public chat, I don't see it. This happens randomly to certain people I'm talking to. And no it's not because either of us blocked each other.

He's the only Jarod that comes up (I have the same issue). Unfortunately, adding and removing them didn't seem to do it for me, hopefully you'll have more luck.

hm I'm not sure what the chat filter is but I have messages set to see everyone's text in public chat. I literally can't see ANYTHING someone types when I get this bug where anything they type I can't see. It will be friends of mine I'm talking to as well. It happens very randomly and not very often. But when it does happen, it is very annoying.

You can set the chat to be filtered to like, "Everyone" "Friends" and "No-one"

Oh the way you said it made sound like you can customize the “chat filter” by adding or removing words like swearing words etc.
but since it’s happened randomly to him it shouldn’t be the public chat options problem.

Game is unplayable for me today based on multiple crashes.
Every few minutes.
Almost absolutely certain it has to do with the carnival auto-timer stuff.

Hey Travis - I think that this is an NPC loading. Similar things happen with other bridges. They typically have an underlay bridge tile from the basic tileset and an overlay that can take a while to load (in relation to other things on the screen).

There's crabs everywhere lately for some reason. They're appearing in odd locations in the way that other NPCs have for quite some time. The noise is maddening.

Digging is bugged. You can still dig items up, such as eggs or treasure, but it doesn't show the spot you dig and leaves the ground unchanged. I don't know if it currently affects the Big City quest, but my little brother can't progress by having to dig up a "Petrified Note". It seems to not be working properly.

You're still digging successfully, the spot doesn't show during the easter event. I think it's to prevent lag. He may just be digging in the wrong spot. It took me a while to find it, even with the digging spots appearing.

Glad the first thing is not a problem. However, I'm actively digging everywhere near and away from the remains of the skeleton, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be taking so long to find the quest item.

I remember the first day that opened and people were just digging everywhere they could on the island because it took so long to find the items they just assumed it could be anywhere.

Having an issue where I can't upload or change guild pics. Size is correct, but when photo is selected it just sits loading on the "Confirm Position & Size" screen forever but never actually loads it. This has happened on multiple accounts with at least two different guilds.

I'd recommend checking these two things:

- Make sure the file size does not exceed 128kb
- Ensure the file's dimensions are not too large or too small.

Usually I've seen that issue caused by one of those.

It is a 42.9 KB, 250x242 file, any other ideas?

Yeah, the dimensions and file size there sound fine. Maybe upload it to an image hosting site like imgur and try uploading it using the link via mobile?
