I'm pretty sure telling a large amount of people to PM someone, which constitutes as spam, is harassing. Also, with that said, he could have just told the gang he is in and all of the allies to do that instead of broadcasting it making it a bigger deal than it is.

As I have stated about 2-3 times now, I DON"T AGREE WITH SCAMMING. It is still a scam case when it is all said and done. No matter the back story, the emotions involved, it's a scam just like any other.
