Nevermind i got a pic of some guy each side of the hat,I copied it pixel by pixel,click by click,It's almost perfect. Hopefully they do accept it because it doesn't really count as a hat.

Defiant Aran Aka Prodigykid got the black cop hat(thats in shop now) as a dropable when the game came out :3 but think he got scammed also :( ...
They should make all items undroppable! so everyone has to work for whatever they want.

Wrong competition. It's the giant mock of the default starter head that's the prize, not the dino thing. Unless I'm mistaken, The hats that were given away were different colours of the hat/mask mentioned.
