When you attempt to generate the card, does it give you an error message?
Or does it go to a page with a blank image?

Also, as far as generating a card when you're offline...thats not really possible.
The way the system is set up is so you can only generate while that particular player is online, basically for efficiency.

Since you're online at that moment, the system can easily pick you out out of the x number of people who are online. If we checked everyone, including offline players, it would have to search through thousands and thousands of players.

Doesn't work for me whenever i click Submit the fields reset and nothing else pops up

I added a warning box at the top of the page if anything goes wrong.

It should display the error, such as USER NOT ONLINE. If you try again, and a warning comes up, either paste that here, or pm me.

Unless we set up a socket, listening for player information requests from this public IP only... Easy to do offline and online and would be far less CPU usage.

I may have to investigate this possibility.

You can not do this from your iDevice. You have to be on your PC.

Tried using IE and also worked fine. What about trying it with Firefox? Like I said before it´s supposed to be a pop up. So maybe check if there is any new window up? It´s a smal one. You have to enter your email, nick and color in there.

He said the fields are just resetting, which means he sees the form, its just not working.
But it should display some type of error if it can't generate the card...

I'm on classic graal and used my e-mail set for my profile and it didn't generate me a card.

Maybe someone should edit the original post and note down there that this only works on pc since so many people seem to make it on their iDevice.

Maybe you guys could tell what browser you use? And to clear it up: after sending it you get no card, you get codes which you have to use. Use the forums code and copy it. Than go to User CP on top left -> edit signature -> paste it there.

I helped Swift get his card, all I did was put the email into the form...so I really cannot understand what anyone is doing wrong.

You just enter your email. The exact email that appears in your profile. (Click your player > Edit)
It must be exact. Domain and all. [email protected]

There is only one popup. The link in the original post of this thread.

Once you submit the form, the popup should load a new page. (A new window will not popup, the original popup window will change)

It will include your card, a direct link, html, and bbc code to copy.

Also: PM me your email so I can try. After trying it with Swift's email, it worked fine.

Wrong email? 2 accounts got same email? If you have VIP try maybe removing your mail from the non-VIP account.

In the original post of this thread, there is a link that opens a window.

In that window is a form. You enter your email. (The email that was entered into your profile in-game)
Then you enter the nickname you want to appear on the card, along with the color of the card you want.

Press the submit button, and a new page will load with your newly generated card.
There will be 3 text boxes underneath. One for direct link to the image, one in html, and one in bbc code.
If you want to display the card in your signature, use the bbc code text.
