When Thallen gets 10 hits a spar someones going to go negative on his team. Anyways who cares, John won

I'm not lying to myself at all. I keep track of every round and my results. I never said I did amazing, I just did what I had to do to help feed the beast. Now whether you think it deserves to be called "carried" or not is completely up to you. Personally, I think I played solid and made some smart hits in the end to compromise for lack of aggressive play.

Red 12-09-2016 12:30 AM

@dark
Well I mean after seeing pics of you asking to sabotage guilds and you trying to register under the name "scarchaos" (ask Colin) it's safe to say you have a weird trend of making fun of people for taking graal seriously when you go to lengths such as finding social media accounts (even if you didn't I'm assuming you still try) and all the other bull **** people know you've tried in the past.

There's a reason I have you blocked on graal for good and that's because every time you say something which is usually the exact same ******ed insult that holds no relavency I die a little on the inside knowing that your parents actually pay for your education and how poorly spent their money is.

Also it's enjoyable seeing you accuse people of siderooming when I can safely say almost half your wins are from siderooms.

Callum I honestly don't expect you to understand anything about GS, considering you've never gotten anywhere with it. I never denied my numbers because believe me before anyone counted them up, I was already aware of how well I did. As I said previously "made some smart hits in the end to compromise for lack of aggressive play." Sure I didn't collect hits like Aguzo (who's criticized for playing poorly by some when he dealt the most damage in the entire GST), but if you watch the videos I've only died twice the entire GST, one of them ended up being the only round we lost.

Now you're just trying to put words in my mouth. I've never referred to myself as a "God" but nice try! Just to get on a good team? Callum c'mon now... I've had the chance to be a part of some pretty great teams in my days before Alumni. I don't have to explain my decision two GSTs ago: 1.) because it's irrelevant now. 2.) your lack of knowledge on the context for that situation is heavily skewing your outside perception.

Callum, I don't even know what your point is aside from trying to start an argument with me for god knows why?

To be honest with you every build the Wall member did great this past GST. The silver game dragged on for ages and Jose sparred at his best. Everyone contributed and I'd say Callum did good too.

When Demrow was inactive, I stayed with John for 5 months under the Entity. He's a good GSer and a sparrer. You can't call him out, at least skill-wise. // John ditched his team, but Nattie told me why he had to give up on leading Entity. It was a personal issue, so I won't share.
Even if he led that GST, Entity still would've been spilt up. So what's the point?

What can u do with the girls drama? Even if John let the team like that, they would've been spilt apart by themselves. Prob smarter thinking of him by taking all the blames. If I was in his position, I'd have done similar or just quit the game. But why do u quit the game when u are about to win GSTs in graal?

If that's referring to me (since Dark mentioned my name), and because some poster called me out for being carried right after last GST.

I don't believe I was "carried" by Thallen. Thallen is arguably the best mixed GSer in Graal, and it's clear from last GST when he stepped up and put the team on his shoulders vs a strong neidomu lineup. I've done my part in the last two GSTs I've entered 70-54 ratio in Alumni's final GST, and 56-46 ratio last GST. 1.30 and 1.22 ratio, are they spectacular? Not really, but they're solid performances. It isn't a "hard carry."

I am not denying that you've got some skills, but farming a positive gs ratio against weaker teams in the first few rounds isn't too hard really. That is to be expected of someone who knows what he's doing, so it's nothing to brag about.
If the hit counts were correct then Thallen had a 1.8 ratio, I believe. Which is scary good, but I digress.
The point is that you went negative and hardly contributed to spars in the finals other than these end scenarios.
Which may have been key moments but they wouldve been avoidable if some of you would've carried their weight better. Thallen got hits for two, basically. I doubt Holy would've won without him.

To be honest I'd imagine a lot of people wouldn't ditch their team to join alumni. Some people want to win with a set team with their friends and some people don't. Just because winning is all that matters to you doesn't mean it's the only thing that matters to everyone else

If I really wanted to win I wouldn't have ditched abood/alexx/shaheen/sugar this last GST. Anyway, why do you even play the game if your aim isn't winning???? Do you play it to lose?

most of the mixed finals were thallen & john vs eko & dae, even if john didn't get as much hits as thallen, he still helped alleviate the pressure. 2v2 rather than choking and dying fast leaving thallen 1v2

Alex R 12-09-2016 01:33 PM

of course everyone wants to win , that doesn't mean it's the only thing they care about.. I doubt you know everyone on graal well enough to make an assumption of whether they would join alumni or not , if it was me , I'd rather try and challenge alumni and beat them in gst than join them and get an easier win , I'm sure a lot of other people would do the same
I'm guessing u think on the idev side everyone would join alumni idev given the chance too?

Alex R 12-09-2016 02:08 PM

What? I think it's safe for me to assume that not EVERYONE would ditch their team for alumni , and I'm also CERTAIN that there are lots of people who would never join alumni idev if they got asked. Don't see where your pulling your assumptions from. Just because some people feed your ego doesn't mean the whole of graal wants to do gst with u , a lot of people would want to do gst with players that match their own styles and work well with them , not everyone wants u on their team

Sarah_ 12-09-2016 02:47 PM

1. the guild is called Amity if u forgot
2. sugar replaced u, therefore u never ditched Sugar. so I can clearly tell that you are expressing high levels of salt towards VIS members
3. you just criticized alex for not wanting to win, yet you just said you didn't want to win gst.

OFC i always want to win except for that last gst. I knew i wasn't going to win(no offense to (silver)), i even predicted it on the forums but me losing is better than making you win, you dont deserve it. I dont think you are the one who should "refuse" to join alumni again but rather Alumni. You made them lose.
And yes, last gst was basically you joining alumni, we had 4/7 + vis was completely useless.

Please explain to me why I do not deserve to win, lol. If you would like to go into individual performances for GST, I encourage you to gather hit counts for each match. Back up your statements with some facts.
And who was the leader of Amity? who held the guild? I joined my own guild? 2 of VIS were core (not sure how that's "useless")

Alex R 12-09-2016 04:00 PM

I think what Sarah's trying to say , is that she doesn't like you (probably still because of not pausing against teams during gs practice) and because she doesn't like you , you don't deserve to win.

If u knew u weren't going to win why did u throw your toys out of the pram and try reject your third place hat and talk about your team like they suck , your lucky they kicked someone for you in the first place
