I find feedbacking about abuse ends up getting you banned from feedback, they need to change it so banning someone from feedback lasts two weeks, so its not permanent, players might make a spam feedback once when they are new or angry, then later on have to use feedback but cant because of that one mistake.

@Sklyd, while spam is annoying, some people actually need help and when there's no one there to do it it gets pretty annoying. it's the GP's job to go through this spam and pick out important messages. for example, the guy complaining about his hours. you could have sent him a message back telling him how to hide them.
the GP's should leave it open, read all messages, if theyre spam then delete them if not then reply. honestly it gets pretty annoying when you have a legit question about VIP, or guilds, or something and theres no staff available to answer them. theres really not too many glitchers at the moment, and i dont see anything else the GP's can be doing. so, why not have them spend some time helping people? and ive seen no effort on the side of the staff to prevent this spam. you could try sending out a mass message telling players to only PM staff members if they have a issue, question, or something important to say, and not ask to be an admin, a hug, a hat, or anything along those lines since those requests will not be met, and persistence in asking staff will lead in a block by the respective staff member. |
Godzilla, i kind of agree with you, but Skyld has other responsibilities as far as i'm concerned. I think GPs should keep friends only pms off, unless they are feel like they're being spammed. However, until we've witnessed the type of spam they recieve, there isn't much validity in what we're saying.

Skyld is important we should be focusing our attention on the USELESS gps they are hiring. Make them (or some) uploaders which we NEED! An admin once said that GP's get hired when playercount increases not decreases!

Just to let you guys know: There are timezones, and GP's work in diffrent timezones. thats a reason for more gps. and by the way, if there were no admins, who would you ask for help? like, who would you ask for help when you're hacked? I would say, enjoy the game. play by the rules and thats all. Admins are here to help the community. You can always pm an admin for help since no one has pms for friends only on.

When players need help there's no one there to do it. People have to ask other players a lot of whom don't know, or in some cases might not be able to help with your problem. They need to leave it open, sift through the spam, so that they can help anyone that truely needs it. |

People should not get admin because there friends with an admin. It's completely unfair. Ex. Lady gaga because she is friends with nyn she got admin yet she is very inactive. On once every 10 days for 5 mins. Find admins who can do there job and also admins that don't make 1k guilds that just makes it harder for the average graalian to succeed with his guild.

No staff have pms from friends only on. Infact pms from friends only is disabled for PRs. Skyld was right we do get a ton of spam, but its the PRs job to read it. Our whole team is dedicated to answering PMs, and if the aren't, they arent considered to be completing their job. The best way to get help on iera is through feedback, if not email [email protected]. If a PR doesnt reply straight away, be patient as we get hundreds of PMs a minute. Although, if your pm is just spam, stop whining if no-one responds. |
That's why I never apply for GP, FAQ, PR, GC/ET. Can't stand little ******s bugging me. I'll stick with being a developer, and keep ignoring everyone PMing me to help them with quests.
