The date at the top of RC represents the release date of that RC version, it has nothing to do with what day it currently is.

Listen, we no nothing about you and you know nothing about us. I am a staff, and from what I can see. You are being very naive, ignorant, immature, and disrespectful to the players and the staff of this game. If you have a problem the way it is ran then don't play it, there are plenty more mmo's out there for you to ruin. Plus you aren't in charge of anything, I just see a boy that is seeking attention and has no respect for anyone's word.
