Moon mission released!

Finish the mission and you get to one of 3 cool new Arc-damage weapons.

The weapons aren't new I don't think, I already had the shotgun and even with better stats. The mission was fun though

Whats your highest kills in Crucible? Mines 22, I just got it. Here's a tip- aim for the head.

Tip- if you happen to have a Cydonia-AR3, DO NOT GET THE 'FOCUSED FIRE' UPGRADE.

That upgrade lowers ROF and increases damage while using sights.

I'm not sure what the damage-ammo ratio is with that upgrade but your better off having a faster ROF with ARs when fighting in Crucible.

I really hate crucible tbh. Every time I encounter an enemy I get smashed by some Super Charge power or I get triple teamed.

The really annoying thing about Crucible is when half of your team bails on you and leaves you to get gang raped by the other team.

I think crucible is a neat approach to a new type of muliplayer. I enjoy the RPG mix (I forgot which crucible mode it is, but it allows you to have level advantage and all of your gear remains unmodified) it turns this more into an RPG combat system rather than a balanced "normal generic shooter" combat system. A neat new twist, and I love it. Does anybody else have the 5-shot oldschool shotgun? I think it is called the Remington... it is really badass :D

Anyways onto the game, i love it. The only gripes about are small really and as its a beta i can't really complain about them. My biggest is chests, i feel like i was spoilt by Borderlands chests which are quite frankly awesome and really getting chests which is full of money is bit anticlimatic (i know you can get items but still) also the chets are easily abused, really easily abused if you know all the spawnpoints

Damn I don't know what to do until September 9th now....I ended up maxing out 4 characters and on my main account I ended up getting my Cryptarch rank to 22.
I'm a bit bummed I won't be able to use the Rares and Legendaries I got, but that's fine I can earn them again.
My favorite part of the game was probably the PVP the special Iron Banner event was great to play when your gear is top of the line.
I'm glad to see the interceptor is being nerfed and hopefully latency issues so laggers don't kill me after I've killed them half a second earlier are fixed.

All of the second tier subclasses look awesome. Bladedancer looks like a great PvE class for the Hunter, a lot better than the Gunslinger. The Titan's defender subclass looks great for support with a large shield bubble called the Ward of Dawn. Lastly the Warlock's Sunsinger subclass looks great for PvP giving a boost to themselves and teammates.

So today, I turned on my PS3, sat on my couch, and just did nothing...

I enjoyed the beta while it lasted. It was great, although there was no more than there was for the alpha. I was a bit disappointed, but it was sure a time well spent. Now I only hope Bungie lets the beta transfer over to the full release. It does seem highly likely that they will. After all, the last day they did let any and everyone who had an xbox or ps play the Destiny Beta. Nothing has been Confirmed yet, so now all there is to do is wait and see.

Yeah I read that earlier today. Raids have always sounded amazing in Destiny to me and this just backs that up. The only thing that sucks is there isn't any matchmaking for Raids like there are for strikes, so that might be a pain to set up.

I guess it would get rid of a random leaving mid Raid and screwing over the whole raiding party. Planning ahead and communicating will be crucial.

Yup. I hate randos because usually they just lag behind and let the rest of the people do the work. Plus if this thing is going to take hours like they say, I'd rather be talking to my friends then some annoying person haha

Yeah I definitely see long raiding night with my clan in the future and that experience will be many times greater with mics and people I'm familiar with rather than silence or annoying 10 year olds blasting their Miley Cyrus in the background.
