Wtf why does Swampert look like he gave up on himself and became a low-income alcoholic?
|
I just noticed, Brendon's hair is brown not white. In the original game that hat looked so much like hair.
|
Yeah how bout' that...
A hat the contours the shape of your hair. |

WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU RAYQUAZA please let those not be real |
Mega Sceptile is Grass/Dragon-type
Mega Kyogre and Groudon are also known as prehistoric Kyogre and Groudon. Their mega evolutions are considered ancient devolutions. And the Rayquaza stuff are fake, just adding Rayquaza head and color scheme to Dialga and Palkia. |
swift swim mega swampert is gonna be OP
|
Swampert looks like he has done 10 years in the poke day care. Also I wonder if the characters are able to be customized again?
(I always thought his hair was white, guess it is a hat) |

From serebii:
"Further details have been revealed about the Pokémon, Mega Sableye. It is confirmed that Mega Sableye retains its Dark/Ghost-type, but rather than keep any of the abilities, it gets the ability Magic Bounce. It has increased Defense and Special Attack stats, but decreased Speed. During battle, Mega Sableye shelters itself behind the jewel, from where it can take advantage of any openings its target leaves exposed." Tank much |
Tbh I don't think too many people will use it as their mega. While Magic Bounce is good, Sableye's main use was for Prankster.

Magic Bounce. Special attack increase instead of special defense. Really. Three things it doesn't need. Unless that defense boost is huge (which is absolutely irrelevant due to Prankster Will-O-Wisp), this will be the least used Mega only after Banette. Increased defense? As if it needs it after a WoW. 252 Atk Choice Band burned Dragonite Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Sableye: 130-153 (42.7 - 50.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery Magic Bounce? Prankster Taunt (which is retained after Sableye leaves the field and creates set-up opportunities). Special attack? lol dat HP and speed tho There are better Magic Bouncers, like Espeon and M.Absol, who are much faster and don't die to a single special attack before getting a hit off. Sableye doesn't even need Magic Bounce. Sableye's offensive movepool is **** and it doesn't and shouldn't take an offensive role, ever. Once it loses Prankster, its only niche in the whole OU metagame is completely lost and it's open to be rendered useless with any relatively strong special attack. Not to mention there are much better Megas for use in any role it feels like playing. Unless both of those stats are raised to 150+ to compensate for lack of Life Orb and Leftovers respectively on whatever role it wants to take, there are better options. The only saving grace is if Serebii made a typo or derped out and typed special attack instead of special defense. |
lol I read it as special defense.
|
I sure hope it is SpD (´-`)
|
Wait. Mega sableye has magic bounce? sad sad day.

Again, it can always wait to mega evolve and burn Dragonite with Prankster and then mega evolve after that to gain even more defense. Again, it doesn't have to mega evolve the turn it's sent out, it can do some stuff with Prankster and then tank even more by mega evolving. It depends on the boost it gets, if it gets enough of a boost it could manage to do some damage with attacks, however HP and Speed is a bit of a downside. Well, we know he's getting a boost in defenses, so he'll still be able to tank, maybe even better. He can get off WW, Recover and other tanking moves, and then Mega evolve into Sableye to a) get a boost in defense and tank (possibly) and b) prevent itself from being destroyed by Toxic. I'm pretty sure it'll get a giant boost in whatever stat they decide to raise. Many of the mega evolutions have stats that go above 130-150, and whether it's 130 SpA or SpD it'll still be pretty nice. Only thing is that it lacks any reliable recovery (other than recover, of course.) |
1. Mega Absol is definitely not the least used mega evolution 2. Toxic doesn't cripple sableye
|

2) Despite having Recover, Toxic does more damage each turn, do even if you're recovering all that damage back up, eventually you'll be forced to switch out. |

secret bases confirmed. All I needed to get hyped
|
You know what would be OP? A mega-Slaking with Huge Power. Imagine that, get rid of it's nasty Truant ability which really hindered it, with it's insane attack, add huge power, boom another mega to join Blaziken in the Uber category with that Return sweep.
