Fact is, it gives the player a psychological advantage instead of a physical one. If the game itself is still fair, why not train your mind to work around these obstacles?

I promise you don't know it, but it is helping you get better. If PC users had a power 3 sword, that would be something I would complain about.

I actually stopped sparring because of PC. Too much of a hassle to deal with. I only spar on some occasions now. You'd be surprised by how many people have a problem with it.

Where I come from, that's called "wussing out." I spar less because of the increase of lag lately. You wouldn't believe how many people have a problem with that.

I don't know what to tell you except that is really the only solution right now. PC sparring in my opinion is cheap and I'm not going to let anyone tell me otherwise. You guys have your opinion and I have mine. That's all there is to it. Bring on the hate messages. I'm done arguing about this. I didn't even want to get involved because I knew a big debate would break out. That's all I have to say for this thread.

There is definitely an advantage for PC users which is why they were prevented from entering the Classic iPhone GST.

The hardware advantage allows them to actually move faster and more accurately despite there being a bonus speed increase for iOS/Mobile devices.

I've said it before but letting PC players enter the iPhone world was a terrible idea. Facebook probably wouldn't of been such a desolate world if VIP didn't let them visit the iPhone world.

All this arguing is really pointless. Regardless of what some people say, PC sparring has advantages that ipod sparring does not. To make this entirely fair they could simply make PC sparring only possible on the facebook server and iDevice sparring on the iphone server. This is litterally an amazing idea. Anyone have any rebuddle to this that actually holds validity rather than attempting to insult one another?

It's too late to cut them completely off from sparring. That said there's no reason why certain spar rooms can't be designated as mobile/iOS only.

It wouldn't be cutting them off from sparring at all. Everyone who uses a PC to spar has access to the facebook server. It would just make spars more evenly matched, while giving the facebook server more of a playerbase.

I'm sorry, but i really don't see why it was necesarry to say this. I'm pretty sure this "stupid thing" that people are complaining about is a fairly important topic. Respect from people with opposing view points isn't exactly a goal people strive for. This thread is about finding a solution to this problem and were people can express how they feel about it. Simply stating that iphone sparrers are "complaining" and that they can gain respect if they stop saying how they feel is not helping anything.

I spar better on PC than I do my 4G iPod, obviously there are some advantages.

For example you cannot honestly tell me a pc player sparring a 2G iPod player is an even match, theoretically even if they both had the same "skill" level it would not be fair..

in the end it is about latency and lag, idk how it works but other big name games are able to overcome this and put everyone on an even playing field..something we have not seen in graal

That's adorable! Anyway, as said already, make pc sparring only possible on the facebook server and vice versa. That makes it 100% fair, what else is left to discuss?

No one uses that server to spar, It's all towers over there.

No, if they did this all the PC sparrers would go on the facebook server to spar... That would bring more people to that server and it would make people spar each other using the same method.

Why do people complain about "PC Sparrers"?If you lose you lose and if you win you win it's just a game relax and take a chill pill and I don't think I've ever seen you step in a spar room.

This idea is proposed to keep sparring fair. I don't think "chill pills" will solve anything.

PC sparring has easier controls, faster movements, you can move diagonally up and down, etc. The list is rather long. Obviously the staff of Classic feel the same way otherwise they wouldn't have stopped allowing it for the GST. Also, sparring with a 4g is at least the same controls as a 2g, and they both use the same movements. Don't even say using an ipad is unfair, everyone says they are terrible to spar with so your argument is invalid.

The fact that your arguing means you realise the advantage of using a PC so your trying to keep it so you can spar iPod players. If it's all the same to you than why do you care?
