Becoming a admin is easier than ever with ghettoicedteas 16 steps to become a PR.
Step one, worship them and agree with everything they do.
Step two, buy a lot of itunes
Step three, stay at start and do nothing but afk and talk too people
Step four, get a butt load of super rares
Step five, talk to admins
This is were it gets trickey so pay attention,
Step six, be nas to them
Step eight, make sure you know what they like so you can have long conversations with them
Step nine, become a admins pet and go around "helping" people
Step ten, get a lot and i mean a lot of admin dolls and statues
Heres where it become hard.
Step eleven, befriend snk
Step twelve, get any staff member to reply to your email within 1 day
Step thirteen, befriend snk enough where he gives you a item
Step fourteen, get in bed with snk (tough luck guys, it has to be snk otherwise it wont work)
Step fifteen, you must then blow him for 5 minutes.
Step sixteen, get him to ram you on his piano, this is the make it or break it deal, if he does NOT do this iwith this exact facial expression ,
youre done. If he does, congrats you made it to admin.

Jeni, debating is crucial to making decisions, we debated and then the thread dies down, but then punkass snk comes along and says no to everything we debated. Doing that is a waste of time, what should be done is this, if a player comes up with a idea, make a new thread, staff take it into consideration immediatly then have a yay or nay.
staff come up with a idea, then staff put it inside a conference or something and then it goes up to the players to vote and debate about it until the thread dies down. If more people want this then it passes, if not no.
However, players have no ****ing rights now, we cannot overthrow and complain about things without facing a penalty. If a change is made and more than 2/3 of the playerbase want it gone, we overthrow you. You're duty is too the people, not your pocket (or own benifits). Dont give me this bullcrap of "oh we listen to players and do what they want too all the time" because that is a straight up lie. If you did this, we would have refunds, more $ being made, balanced weapons, NO STACK DAMAGE, a larger map, mmore content, more things to do, spar arenas in house, free customs, and some rights.
