And why do people get promoted in the gp positions in like, two weeks? It takes like a year to get promoted to pra in iEra but it gets thrown around like candy here.

WHY DOES IT NEED MORE GP'S. Seriously, stop. Focus more on developers and people that can actually do stuff not just people that are going to host events.
This is a big reason why the server is failing so hard.
