the amount of close minded opinions in this thread is ridiculous. I can say that as staff because i think we should be able to give out our own items out as we please. I actually haven't had any of said items too so don't even try to accuse me (THESE ITEMS ARE ONLY BIRTHDAY ITEMS, THE MEMBER OF STAFF IS GIVEN 5 OF THEM AND MAY GIVE THEM OUT AS THEY PLEASE) these items are not obtainable by events so just drop that point altogether. THE ONLY WAY TO GET THESE ITEMS ARE BY EARNING THEM. as stated before, everyone can befriend staff, you say it as if you are some hermit who must avoid social interaction at all costs. Everyone can befriend staff if they are likeable people. i don't even know why i need to explain the concepts of friendship to you people, it's ridiculous.

Spam? Check. "E-Fame"? Check. But honestly, who actually cares? Is it affecting your real life? (if you answer yes, please take a nice long walk outside.) What people do in their lives is their business. Do you think close friends of the president get some "special treatment"? Damn right they do. Is this fair? Hell no.

Bottom line, this is a game, people will play how they want to, if the game is so disastrous to your real life then quit. The items do not affect game-play, they essentially do not matter. All they do is show who the admins value over the rest of us. Again, I do not think it is fair, but at the end of the day, why care about something so small?

no, the point i was trying to make was, you have no control over whether or not an admin decides to be your friend and give you an item, no matter how nice you are to the admin and do everything you can to be his friend, he can still decide not to give you an item.

the rookie dude was trying to compare this to an achievment of some sort and its not. there is no set way to earn that item, and the admin decides if they want to give you an item or not, no matter what you do. which is why its not fair.

i am not whining about anything, i was debating & was trying to be as cut and dry as possible, whether or not its fair. the cut and dry answer is no.

Not really unfair, I'm sure other members of staff do a lot of hard work, but they have been on staff for quite sometime and they are not paid xD so i think it's okay that they recive a birthday gift.

Make those items earnable THEN its fair. Otherwise it's not knowing that their closest friends only get these items.

These people will have the advantage of getting multiple more super rares and will over-price that certain rare that they get. They will become snoby and think they are so freakin awesome that they have an "admin-super". In all honesty this is favoritism and it should be stopped. Reading back on this thread after it was bumped (my god so many posts were deleted) i agree that it is unfair now before every admin on era comes on too make there point again i would like too say although the items are pretty rubbish i just dont like how 5 people who knew the admins got it. If it these items were sold for 1 or 2 days on staff birthdays then it would keep the rareness of the item but have a chance for everyone too get it not just sucking up too get it
