How do you do that?

Either way it looks like you put about 2 minutes worth of effort into bucket filling those skateboards. Put a more interesting design on them, different colors, "m0ar shadeingg"

MS Paint doesnt....

Umm this is MS Paint, no gradient tool... but there is a paint bucket tool. I don't use it though.

Ms paint doesn't have a gradient tool. So you probably shade by hand mimicking a gradient style.
