who hires LAT for izone?

I put in my graphics application to SNK's email. Im excited to see what he has to say, many thanks for tizzee for his help on this thread.

I'm still waiting for a reply from SNK about application and it's been almost 2 weeks. As much as I know SNK wouldn't ignore a deditcated application, i'm just wondering if any other managment exists I can talk to? I know snk is busy with era.

I think it is good that the PRA's will also be in charge of iZone but thought i think they should maybe do only few PR's that go to iZone the rest stay and maybe do a small hiring. Otherwise i'm scared that when it is released they won't be any admins on iEra.

snk should hire admins that r online 24/7 or most of the day unless they e useless..and in era admins r off in the same time and they r one in the same GMT also..

I did to snk and I was directed to him by two people. but ykno, he's busy acutally producing content for era. Cant blame him for not responding but there really be someone else managing zone. Its alot of work to manage a running server and a developing server at the same time.

Doesn't anyone just want to play the game first. Being a staff member on a server isnt all fun n' games.

Yes. He is right. You need to first experience and play the game and get to know it before wanting to become part of staff.

I actually want to develop some things before it would be released. That would be so cool. I have submitted a long range of tiles, hats, and overworld animations I submited to snk that are zone themed because I want to see some of them implemented into game beforehand lol.
