I've gotta hand it to two people. Vyse and Droozy are my two personal leaders that I respect the most. When I was in Project Soul, he seemed to always be chill with other people, and to get a guild with only one sub guild to 1k; that's pretty good. Even after I ditched PS around 800 hours, he still arranged for me to receive the 1k hat, but whichever admin was supposed to give it to me forgot. Oh well.

As for Vyse, he was my most recent leader. He recruited me to Cruxis before they were Cruxis Evolution, and got me in his branch. Soon after, I quit Graal. A week or two after I came back, I messaged him about this new guild, Advent V. After a couple of "omg hai i haznt seen you" PMs, he agreed to let me join Advent. Shortly after, he promoted me to a co-leader position, and eventually, a full sub leader. He always listened to the members' suggestions, and some of his tower-taking ideas such as Advent VX and the point system were pretty damn smart. He's always been a chill, funny and down to earth guy, and to this day, even after Advent V ended, he's still the awesome leader I had in 2011.

Project Soul back in 2010 did that, but we did have one sub. It was inactive for the most part, though. We had 25-35 members, and got to 1k fine.

But you do have a point, it's basically necessary to use sub guilds and kicking to have any chance at competing with the "new generation" of tower guilds.

You didn't succeed and you tell me to learn english? He just said they had a sub and people were kicked for space. And don't hate on guild leaders for doing something you probably couldn't. And the thread was your most respected tower guild leader, not why you don't like any.

Here is what noob recruiting is- Recruiting a random person at a tower who doesn't even ask for tag. It does not mean recruiting a noob who asks for tag. Pointing this out cause many people get it confused.

There is no difference in the longrun, they get kicked either way and won't be a permenent member of the guild.
