also why was it stopped...

It was stopped because they have account identification now.

Don’t make 4 separate accounts and play on them if you don’t want them to all be sepereate, tbh sounds like ban evasion was involved and that’s the reason for having 4 accounts.

@Vlad nothing happened to any accounts that were “merged” in the past.

so whats the problem with getting them then ? if nothing happened in the past.

Pretty sure it was stopped because I abused this system quite frequently in the the past. It was as simple as just finding out an email on a graal era account, and then logging onto classic and messaging a GPA such as NeO and asking him to transfer the account, or change the email because I knew the email and location of the player when they didn’t log in for say a month. Stole multiple accounts that way, even Anero’s and that’s why the system was improved/taken out in the first place.

The last case I can remember of an email transfer was in 2015 or 2016 or something when I hacked into a Facebook of an era staff member, traded all their items to my account, and then SNK merged my account into their email and they got all my items.

Also every other graal games have a way to trade but classic *wink wink*

The problem that rose up was that players were abusing the system.

At the time it was removed, you could create a new account, complete the tutorial (for a small cash boost), then run over to york town and fight 75 pyrats for a cool 1000g. Not to mention a handful of other spots where there are/were free cash drops in game.

Then create a new account and do it again in under a half hour. Then merge the accounts all to one.

You can change an email address by contacting support. Email [email protected]. They're done even if you can't access the old email, as long as you can prove it/account ownership. It's pretty easy to tell if an email has been deleted, for example.

It doesn't seem to be this easy to just change an email address, . While I never personally wanted to change the email address of my account, I know a lot of people who did and sent tickets and contacted the supports email, They never got a reply.

My family used to use Windstream as our service provider which included wifi, email, etc. When we switched, I lost access to my email account. Iirc I just emailed support from my gmail account and provided my Graal ID as well as my old email and explained how I lost access to it and they transferred everything to my new email for me. This was a few years ago though, 2014/2015 maybe, not too sure anymore.

That was before the incident where someone apparantly hacked the database (Or something of the sort) which is why we have a new ticket system that pretty much will never try to respond to anyone. Support in general after that for anything just seemed to become an all time low. Doesn't matter if you send a ticket or contact support because you'll just flat out usually get ignored it seems. This pretty much seems to be with everything, Not just account switching issues.

Back then before that incident, We had amazing support for just about anything, Nowadays it seems like you have to fight a family of grizzly bears just to get a response to anything.

Those people have probably been waiting for months for a reply.

I sent an email to them requesting an email change a few days ago, and I don't expect to hear from them.
Which sucks cause the email I use for my graal account is old af. I'd like it to have my newer one.

Some longer than months, A friend of mine sent a email for support and tickets and everything else a lil over a year ago and has sent several other emails for support over this year since his email is no longer accessible due to the fact his email's password was auto generated and he never had to log out or log back in on it since then so when his phone broke he lost access to that email, When he contacted support he had his graal ID and everything. But nobody got back to him and he pretty much gave up on it. And he isn't the only one I know who had similar issues, I think I've only heard of 1 or so people ever getting an email changed past that hacking incident and I have no idea how they managed to even receive support.

I’m closing this thread as there is nothing more to discuss about it. The information Jarace has given is really all that is needed. To request an account transfer you need to contact the support email and provide as much information as possible. It’s also worth trying to reach out to your service provider.

Regardless, Toonslab Support works very hard and sometimes things that cause a hiccup or delay are simply players not providing the right or enough info or some make negative statements just because they didn’t receive the answer they wanted.

This thread was helpful for those researching how to properly submit a transfer request, but that’s now been answered and it is derailing.
