Exactly. One hat added to 25 people every month or so isn't that hard, like, they happily give out countless hats in hide and seek each month but actually cut back on the people who actually earn the hats. Doesn't make sense to me.

So thats not unfair at all. We got the hat before the rule was invoked so it should stay the same for us

yahhhhhhh... in FB theres 1 guild that hits 1k almost every week. in classic it takes like 2-3 months for 1k hours.

That's most likely why it was moved to 5k, some guilds were reaching 1k hours in a week on the facebook server, and then having their ally guilds get 1k in another week.

That's why they should only impliment this rule on the Facebook server.

5k hours is too much in my opinion. That could take months just on the Facebook server.

I agree that 5k is too much. If they really wanted to raise it, why not 2k? 2.5k? To meet the players halfway, so to speak?

Random thread revival is random.

It was dead to begin with. The addition of fb was pointless I don't see what it brought to the game. Just a monthly VIP item for 7500 which is always a transformation that lets you in to the seasonal hat shops secret door everytime it stocked up which contains 4 more transformations. I understand unixmad needs his bread and the iclassic admins are unpaid but still. *end rant*

It has allowed a few people to log onto Classic iPhone via Facebook, which has certainly brought some new players who couldn't play because they didn't have iDevices before now.

Nothing wrong with it, just it doesn't directly benefit you (or me, lol).

That's a bad comparison.

Lots of guilds have been going at a slower rate, so from now on you'll certainly see more and more guilds per year.

Let's say there's 10 guilds that take a year to get 1000, so you saw 5 of them reach it last year and will see 5 more this year.

But there's 25 guilds that take two years to get 2000, so you saw NONE of them reach it last year, but this year you'll see 25 of them make it.

So that's 30 this year instead of 5 last year. (These aren't actually true numbers but you'll see what I mean.)
