First of all, a round of applause to Hoyt for the finishing. If there was a single aspect of this game that I'd give a nod to, it'd be this.

Now I rarely ever talk to any staff, unless I encounter them in game, I rarely ever pm them and when I do it's for a question or reporting someone. The one staff I talk to the most though is Pepper because obviously we base in Silence together and we discovered we based with each other with iFreeze on iEra. Now how come from your eyes when players are friends with admins or trying to be friends with them it's "sucking off to be hired"? Wouldn't you be a hypocrite for that cause you base and are friends with CTP who was a Sheirff?! And if anyone is curious why I'm always backing up staff and Ol' West and trying to make tomato (or anyone else) look like a fool of himself, is well 1. I used to be like him, except I was more ruthless 2. I'm honestly sick of seeing these posts FROM ANYONE complaining about staff, cause complaining won't do a thing 3. Your all really fricking annoying when you do it, like 80% of the stuff is stupid and irrelevant Yeah this was a rantful post (and a post where I've gotten very annoyed for the first time in a long time) and I'll expect some roasts and probably some grammar corrections cause that's how cancerous you all are, but now BACK ON TOPIC SOMETHING ABOUT BOOMERANG NEEDING NERF (Not really it's easy to counter) |

Well a few things I need to point out from both perspectives as a long time player and ex staff
1. HW does not limit anyone on what they want to do, it is entirely down to the person making it (I.e a Gani Artist making 2 quests indipendantly) aswell as I have witnessed the management let everyone on the staff team have their own creative freedom and learn new skills. 2. You understand Graal is someone's business, it makes money. What has repeatedly made a lot of money on a regular basis year in and out are HOLIDAY ITEMS. This is why they are such a priority, and when a team of volunteers gives it their all to make a good holiday event + items and all new content it is understandably tiring and motivation to create more is very difficult. The reason we all loved Alpho is because he had the time, dedication and talent to create wonderful things in the time he had, I can promise you there are not many people who will create the things he did just for the pure fun of it with that level of graal development knowledge. 3. The population of talented delevopers & scripters about. Pretty self-explanatory, there aren't many. And the ones I do know of and respect are already occupied on projects elsewhere. This makes it very hard for these people to fix or create things like the crafting system and get support for their issues. As a player you will always see the wrong in the game, yet if you decide to be optimistic about it you will realise why you fell in love with it in the first place. |
