When a staff applies for a deputy position they should be mature enough to handle the rude situations and not care about it. In this case idk what ibraedyn did however if it was directly towards the staff they should be able to take it and not jail them for it.

So if someone would tell you "lafez you son of a b****, i hope your mother dies by severe r***" would you think that letting him go instead of punishing him is the appropiate way of dealing with him? You are supposed to punish them otherwise players will think it's allowed to.
