For example it is 2nd round , i won but the 2nd round hat is a hat that I already have. Can we get the other hat from first round instead? (if the admin changes hat every round)

No, you can only receive the hat that is being hosted for that particular round.

Yesterday Mash actually gave Vlad a recolor of this hat because he already had it.

We can give replacements if the hat has multiple colours, given that players are allowed to choose a colour. If not, then no.

Ya, Milo said that earlier. Also, they are no longer giving cookies if you won and have the hat.

Please allow me to clarify.

I did gave out a replacement hat once before. Similar to what Snoob and Milo have said, I was unaware of the rules back when I first started hosting which may have resulted in the inconsistency of my events as mentioned above.

Also like what Thallen mentioned, we are no longer giving out cookies to those who already have the hat.

If this is the case, then it should also be the case that the hat being played for is pictured in the first message somehow instead of forcing players to rabidly click the queue button (or race off to a location).

Alternatively, add a mass chat filter to prevent players who already have the hat being played for from hearing the message about the event.

You gotta actually read the thread man:
If you look at the admins profile before joining the queue you can see if you already possess the hat, they always seem to be wearing the reward hat before the action begins

Just tap the little face icon at the top of the PM event message before hitting join queue

If you do this, you lose valuable seconds to either get to the warper or hit the queue button. More so if your wifi is spotty.

I'd say I'm pretty courteous when in reality I could just say "git gud" and keep it moving, so…

Guess I won't be getting event hats for a while then. I have 30 different ones and they host majority of the ones I have.
