People have to realize they have no rights over customs once uploaded.

No OP made the body and the head , OP saw Person B copy the OP's customs without asking, OP told Person B to not use the customs, Person B ONLY removed the head, and not the body.

Then when OP confronted Person B, Person B lied saying that the body was on her (with probably no knowledge she was the original maker of all the bodies' from Kona's site , which it isn't, that particular body is not on her site, and from my knowledge has never been.) but then ended up saying it's a similar body with a "same difference."

Then OP got mad towards Person B's attitude after executing a very condescending attitude toward OP. (e.g she's very cute when she's angry, very sorry miss anu.)

No real comment for this scenario, just would like to put my input that I've also had my customs stolen before, and this anger fueled rant is basically how every graphics artist feels about their customs getting stolen, besides artists like Elk, Coco, Dusty (I think experience and maturity have a great factor in how one feels towards this subject) would feel.

Sure personal customs aren't really personal. But for artists who also provide graphics for the public and possibly old customs means they're also contributing to the graphics community while also being able to upload customs for themselves without feeling selfish. They give while also being able to enjoy their own art without feeling like a prick when people ask about their customs.

tldr: The customs being stolen were OP's personals (not on any site) , Person B took them, OP wanted them removed , Person B removed the head, then told OP that the body was on OP's site (OP would know if it's on her own site) then I guess removed it in the end but acting like OP was a joke. (Both OP and Person B could have executed it better so both people are wrong)

I agree with you on the second part though if that's what you though I meant that I didn't agree with how people need to realize their rights once a custom is uploaded.

I think it was wrong of xxi to take graphics like that without permission. She, as a staff member, should honestly have known better than to take a player's graphics like that. She doesn't seem very professional in that aspect, and the way she acted towards it I also think was kinda unprofessional.

However Anu's responses were also pretty bad, too. I understand her anger but she kinda freaked out a little bit. Instead of yelling at her, accusing her of being a thief and telling her to kill herself, she should have just asked her a little less harshly and reported it.

All in all, when you upload customs in this game there's really no way to stop someone else from using it. Usually when players say another player took their custom, there's nothing that can be done because that's just a risk everyone has to understand they're taking when uploading something to the internet. Though xxi being staff, she shouldn't have done that at all. Being staff she should be mature and professional and not act like a common player. Anu shouldn't have been so harsh and handled the situation more calmly, because freaking out like that just makes you look really bad and thus no better than the person you're having a problem with.

I'll be speaking with XXI to prevent this in the future, despite the players distasteful response.

I'm gonna be honest admins like playing these kind of jokes but Anu was reacting like they we're iFiled or that graaldepot took them if it was graaldepot that would've been understandable cause its upsetting to see your personals on those kind of websites its happened to me but she overreacted in my opinion.

It sucks if people use the customs you made for yourself but there's really no way to stop them. Yes, it'd be nice if admins were nicer about this and I feel bad for Anu but there's really nothing to stop anyone from using any customs that they find. :/

Honestly the stolen graphics isn't the problem at all, admins have the power and sometimes just use it and usually it's just temporary and also not to mention that xxi edited the graphics anyway... The only issue I see here is xxi'a response where she says "She's so cute when she gets mad" that's a little unprofessional but besides that I don't see what's wrong.
