If you did it right the time the transfer come in could range from a few hours to a few weeks. You could
1) Get VIP, put it on your new device, and revoke from the new device. Then all your stuff will be on the new device.
2) Try it again. Make sure the subject of the email was 'ATTN XOR - ACCOUNT TRANSFER' and that the email you sent from is the same as your email on your profile.
