and we cant get iera admins cause hw is a manager i think on iEra too and she spends more time on iEra than west because iEra does way better

The large problem with graal in general is they tend to recruit on age/knowing the person beforehand and most the staff who can actually develop really well i.e Alpho etc are at time of there lives that they have other priorities- like college/work/other hobbies etc so by time they actually get recruited they drum up a few stuff but end up slacking off for other stuff in there life. That doesn't stop the community itself though from coming together and being able to work on stuff, if they really want it to get better I suggest getting group of players who are interested in developing stuff gfx/events/levels whatever then maybe make and send in, while staff are also working on stuff for future dates/events.

I didn't leave because I hate Ol' West. Relating my post to what G Fatal said, I worked on Ol' West when I didn't really have anything else to do. Anyways, long story short, I left because life prioritizes video games.
