I enjoy freezing and poisoning streakers at the same time, this bot is everything we need to kill them.

The bot should only freeze/poison you if you have a streak of at least 1
Also disables jetpacks and broom, therefore you cant run you streaking noobs cant run anymore and boost YESSSSS
