I actually agree. Silver is almost the most knowledgable staff on zone and has worked there for quite a while. He deserves the position.

Yo someone hire Pig. Him and I disagree a lot but he doesn't take that into consideration whenever I'm trying to help. Like I'm annoying and everything so that says something. Zone needs an unbias manager more than somebody knowledgeable about this game. All these faux managers haven't had the guts to change anything major but also haven't had the respect for the players to keep things the same that should be kept the same.

But I guess Silver works too...

Like correct me if I'm wrong here but aren't we still vacant for a sound admin? Because "[he was] no longer needed". Like that's bad management. Tash knew how to entertain the current population but did a horrible job maintaining the server and that's what led us to all of these crappy updates, tons of staff renovations, and a declining player base(though I will say that it seems like we're getting back up... but that's just a summer effect I would assume)

Isn't he a dev now anyway. Zone needs people who are motivated to work without having set tasks..they need free role to do whatever in dev(give them script rights level rights etc on dev-for new levels-so they can't edit whatever's already there) Otherwise you're always going to be in the holiday update rota and get nothing new/exciting.

Yes and no. He was Developer Admin, but he never had any real power. Just did what he was assigned to do, and when he hired a couple reputable staff members, he got demoted for it. The players that where hired by Silver weren't fired though.

His position is irrelevant in the equation of him being promoted manager or not, he's got the experience, drive and leadership qualities that makes a manager, a good manager. (he's got what chelt lacks) but yeah, I agree with you on everything else you've said!

For example, if a tree is cut down by myself to use as christmas tree, Blackfire would tell Carlito that "A dragon blew up a forrest with all the animals in it, left one single solitary tree for Oscar to cut in a planned attempt to make it a pro-christmas demonstration on the streets of alabama.

Yeah - I never really understood what happened there...still another example what's clearly not working within iZone management.
