Graalians - Useless admins?

Some admins are really inactive and don't go on for days you should do checks on then

Actually, iEra has recently gotten a higher playercount than iClassic. =D

I adressed this while on magic tag talking to ari and nick and other staff and they instantly kicked me because I brought this subject up.. things need to change..

They're noth neck and neck. Everytime I check I see Classic has a little more people than Era, but Era's playercount has risen significantly.

There's nothing wrong with the staff. They do their job and respond to reports and questions. I keep my pms open to anyone in case they have a question about something. I do block people who spam me over and over without giving me a chance to reply. Just because there's many GP's, doesn't mean they're all on at the same time. Like I said, LAT are a rarity on this server and 15 GPs aren't needed to supplement a single server. Might as well simplify it and deduce it to a lower amount. At the most, 6-8 GPs actually dedicated to their jobs are enough. Of course, each a scheduled shift.

I think they have an Events Team though. Aren't Ellybelly and Aikan in charge of it?

What you guys are failing to understand is that doing events would take a LOT of work. They could just copy the script from iEra, but I don't think that SNK would approve of that. Even so, if we had an Events Team on the server to host live events, they would be spammed senseless to host events every five seconds, and the events that DO get hosted would get filled up so quickly that players who didn't make it would get mad and start feedbacking nonsense like "OMG WHY DIDN'T I GET TO PLAY YOU GUYS SUCK I CLICKED YES SO FAST AFTER I READ THE MESSAGE WHY DIDN'T I GET TO PLAY" and so forth.

I do think that the server needs events other than hide and seek, but you guys have forgot that Matt (iPanda) has lately been doing juggernaut with his guild, Akashi. This is exactly how events SHOULD be done because there are normal players who are somewhat 'hosting' the event, and because there are more of them, they can spread out and confuse people, instead of one Staff member in swamp town being PK spammed.

Sometimes 14 days at a time. I'm thinking one in particular, but he / she won't be fired due to good relations with one of the PRA's.
