It was the development about the village/town/city not about "theres a new quest amg" the village was already there when the thread was made. The "Destiny Thread" was basically announced when they were teasers.

Not Ideas, they were already implemented in the past Graal. (PC Client Old Graal Something.)

Nimda and Zorbi Castle would likely be easier, but I don't expect them before Ninji Castle. Avalon has a lot of indoor levels which makes that area a bit harder.
