The reason you received 1/2 of the refund was because it broke the animation rule. Heads are allowed small animations such as blinking or flashing earrings, but no face changes.

Why should he be financially penalized because a staff member accepted his head when they shouldn't have?

Suspiciously near-criminal acts of charging/keeping money like that is really in line with how the people running Graal do things. They don't care about you as a customer or a person, so caveat emptor on future purchases.

No it isn't, because this is not how it is done on Classic.

To repeat what was already said, if the graphic was accepted and then later removed he should be refunded the whole amount. The 50% refund exists in case the player changes their mind later. This is not what happened.

I totally agree with MattKan. This guy had bought in-game currency for a head. The head was approved by Admins, and thats where he spent his irl money on. Now that an admin has screwed up, they cant take it back returning him half the price. He deserves a full refund, if not more because of this inconvenience, by the staff.

Thanks for the offer Phantos. I appreciate it greatly. The situation got resolved and I got my full-refund with the help of HW. Thanks, again! Have a lovely day Phantos!

( The problem has been resolved! HW gave me 20k in-game for the issue! Thank, you everyone who "agreed" ) :P
