This sounds exactly like Habbo's way of doing events. Buy each piece of furniture individually and you slowly build up an event. After spending 50 shekels of course.

Like how one of the guild house templates has a spar thing which lets gst guilds practice spar with it which alot of people baught a guild house for.

That way you can do it with guild members and friends when you want

With my idea you could, like the battle arena, you would get some friends and join up, games would only need like 8 people to play.

like Cliff climber where you can change where the cliffs are but can put it at default

There's tons of stuff they COULD do to make the game awesome. The fact they haven't suggests that this sorta thing will never see teh light of day.

All that needs to happen is a little bit of paid work and this game could be huge.
Marketing/advertising, actual full time developing/administration... not just a bunch of folks with some spare time to lord it over the newest wave of noobs...
