In Thallen's example, all required information for verification purposes was submitted and required minimal follow up or investigation. This is not to say staff is above investigating, but you cannot expect them to do detective work on a large scale. It will get divide up based on priority, and unfortunately, some requests will get lost. |

No wonder the support tickets system sucks, it's run by competent volunteers. |

Weird indeed, also have 4 more just from 2015 as well as conversations within the tickets that they always replied to instantly, it may be you sent the ticket into the wrong section and it was filtered or something or you just suck at writing tickets. |
