I've known someone for nearly two years that lives in New Zealand named Kiwi. He's definitely mature enough and managed my guild for a while. Of course, managing a guild is a not even a slight qualification, but he's definitely shown fairness, leadership skills, and the ability to keep his temper. Of course I'm completely biased, but I'm not about to recommend someone unfit for the job, and I think you should really shoot him a PM or something and meet him.
