I think I've got it! This year players can submit hats and they will be sold at Onnet,Club Crpyt,and a house in the little mini town. then have the maze
(a new one) in the deadwood Halloween mini town you suggested with houses for trick or treating NPC'S. The candy will spawn randomly in houses, near an NPC, or secret locations. Only obtained by getting riddles from the news or some square button that shows the list of riddles like the GST belt bubble that shows the list of who vs who. And in the riddle it will give hints to places with houses, NPC areas, secret locations. And this maze is invisible to all players so no cheating, or have the ways different for each player.

I reckon the pumpkin patch in Deadwood should come back this year.

Itd be good if ,like looting, you can only see certain ghosts instead of like 10 people going after 1 ghost.

Definitely! This would be a great move.

You guys should make a massive forest something like slender with some kind of quest involved id also love to see a murder mystery where you have to guess the murderer like cluedo except the murderer is random so its a mystery for everyone

They may or may not bring the broom mount back.

It should create a random event (like the runescape ones) where occasionally any player is warped away into an isolated level where they have to do some Halloween oriented quest to exit. Sure, they can always say unstuck me and leave, but if they finish the quest they receive some awesome Halloween prize. A prize I have always wanted to see if a morph that turns you very transparent like a ghost.

As what twilit said please do private spawns for trick or treating

Private spawns would be awesome I don't see myself willing to be up late at night hunting when there's less players. Also the idea of traditional trick-o-treating as michael explained would be exciting.

bring all the stuff done on previous years with the same rewards.
