I believe so because (this is a weird examppe but the only legit reason in my mind) you don't know if it's the famous guy uploading a picture of himself. Means if yes, he would be allowed to upload reallife pictures, while other's are not.

I can understand reason for blanket banning all irl pics.
Someone can easily upload a picture of someone else without their consent that doesn't want their picture uploaded. That's the only legit reason, that and n00dz of course.

So, this only applies to children, uploading pictures of of real life people would not be against the law anyways, for example sports players, musicians, famous people etc. All that would be needed was a checkmark saying you are 18+ or whatever it is lol...

I blame classic and those stupid rate me guyz people for this whole uploading and approving crap since they were uploading porn or somewhat to porn and what not.

I never said only classic, i did also say and those stupid kids with that plz rate me guyz. Thats era too. But the whole approval thing i beleve was because classic was uploading porn and child porn.
