Ok ill share how to get in ( allot will hate me for it ) but I won't tell you how to get the items needed . So basically when you get ur rod ( you'll need about 20-30 worms for this ) you have to catch 15 fish , wen this is done he's back to the fountain , go to ur inventory and you'll have a option witch says drop ( amout of fish ) press . After all of this you have to go to the other side if the room (Opesite the side u dropped ur fish in ) and use the mouse morth , now wait 5 seconds and the guards should start sayng " what's this smell " ..etc and they will go to the fish exposing the door in witch now you can enter

it's not "premission". It's "persimmon". You find them if you use your lasso and scarf at a giant tree. They sell for 720 gralats each.
