ATTENTION: READ THE THREAD

I have encountered many issues like this in the past. Please email [email protected] with your iTunes receipt. This works every time. Xor has replied many times before too and has accomplished this task. I know it may seem scary, but you will get your gralats back!

You seem to be doubting it will work, but you claim you haven't tired. Don't complain because you think they won't do anything.

Xor is the only one who deals with purchases, and he will eventually add it only if you take action.

I cannot get the receipt. only my mom can :/ she says it is stupid.

Well, here's another way to get your receipt if you are logged into your apple account on your mac or PC.

1. Launch iTunes

2. Click on iTunes Store on the right hand menu

3. Click on your email address on the upper left hand corner

4. Click Account from the drop-down menu

5. Enter your password for your iTunes account

6. Scroll down to Purchase History and click Select All

7. Find your receipt for the iAP you bought from graal era. Send the receipt to Xor from the email listed.

Like I said. ONLY MY MOM CAN GET THE RECEIPT. SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE PASSWORD

If your mom is the only one with the password, how did you buy Era? or Classic? how did you buy an in-app purchase if you need an iTunes password to buy those things....your making no ¢

If what you're saying is legitimate your mum should actually care about her $20 loss and let you get the receipt, I'm if you ask her she would allow you do what is needed. Although half of what your saying makes no sense.

I remember this happening to me last year. Yeah, emailed snk with my apple email and receipt, he forwarded to xor and then nothing happened. Don't count on them. Either iTunes support or forget it.

Or maybe SNK didn't forward it. Your mistake for not sending it to XOR in the first place. Lol

Then there's nothing that you can do if your mommy is the only one with the password and you're too busy not to read any of this thread.
