Good luck all :)
I like it how the questions are different to other applications. I'm not going to apply though.

MrSimons 06-30-2013 12:25 AM

gl to anyone applying.

Shmegg 06-30-2013 12:33 AM

Hope to see some good applications! :)

Alex Damian 06-30-2013 04:54 AM

Applied, Good luck to all applicants.

Rotaruc 06-30-2013 08:38 AM

I would set up questions in the application if i were in charge and i wanted to see how much the applicant knew about iZone.

The questions u currently have on there about zone knowlegde r useless. i can log on and find the answers to all those questions in 3 minutes tops.

Alex Damian 4 GP. Hayze 4 GP.

It's not about how much you know. It's about how well you can perform the job.l

It not even about how you can perform the job.. lots of times i've saw unprofessionalism, biasness, swearing etcetcetc even staff having rows with each other near start what an example to set for new players. lead by example n'all that..
Basicly it's them looking for certain names that have applied(whether they say it isn't or not) more the person is friends with staff more likely they will be chosen I wouldn't be surprised if few people already applied to this signed, sealed, delivered before they even posted the app here.

Hours is a terrible measure of experience. A lot of players afk most of their time on the server. Someone with 1,000 hours may very well be less knowledgeable than someone with 100 hours.

Yeah, hours are a fairly bad measurement (I know a fair bit of people that have over 2000 hours on a server, yet have only played since 2011, and they're pretty nooby)

But then again, there certain things like how long one has been in the Graalian community, which can mean something I guess.

AnarchyGraal 06-30-2013 09:55 PM

Took....... So long....... To complete.....

I have applied every single time they were hiring GPs. Haven't gotten picked. I think it might be what you said, favoritism. The closer you are to the admin, the better chance of getting the job.

Yah i know. im just saying if u want people with experience on iZone this is what u should do.

Ryan 07-01-2013 02:33 AM

I've gone on Zone every single day since it was released and has 78 hours :3

PerfectDark 07-01-2013 02:51 AM

We do not hire on favoritism. Period. All applicants must submit a application which nothing is certain on if they will be chosen. Everyone is given a fair chance. The only perk of knowing a staff member is that they know your name and your personality, it doesn't give you a ticket onto RC.

And we've taken care of those guys. Just let us know if you see any of that, shoot an email to [email protected]. The support email really helps. I check it all the time.

That's stupid. If I'm hiring someone for a position like GP, I'd want someone I trust with a ****ty application rather than someone with a good application but do not trust.
