You can upload as many graphics as you want.
Just make sure they are spring themed. You will have better chances then :)

So far we have 2 cool melees and 1 trashpick. No good hats yet :(

And yes if you want to do a skateboard feel free to submit it as car or anything else.

You can pretty much submit anything which is spring themed.
