Here is my speech:

Being the first resident of Windhelm, I care about developing Windhelm into a thriving and productive town. I plan to bring many things to the town that will make it both an attractive destination for tourists and a thriving economic metropolis. Some of the things I plan to build initially are a public farm and a public mine for the benfits of the community. I also look to add a few mob/xp farms in and around the city in the near future. I will work with builders to help make the city atractive and to add in forms of entertainment such as a spleef arena with a spleef team to represent our wonderful town.
As you can see there are many things to be done, but if we come together as a community we shall achieve great things. Vote NCJ for mayor for a greater Windhelm; thank you.
